THIS IS ABOUT MAKING SENSE.

THE MENTAL HEALTH STANDARDS designed for any environment, anywhere in the world.

The members of the International Mental Health Standards Board, all agreed that mental health should deserve quite more than just a single definition. Mental health problems are unfortunately taking the wrong increasing curve, and this all around the world so they thought it was time to act and gather experience, knowledge and expertise in the need to deepen the approach and move forward with the implementation of standards intended to define clear parameters.

We have made available our Mental Health Standards Convention, but that’s not all.  We worked on developing well-adapted standards for more specific environments and taking in consideration inhibited stress factors affecting health and quality of life.  We have elaborated far more than just psycho social or well-being frameworks.  Our standards not only favour well-being but they have real measured positive impacts and which contribute to interrelate more positively, perform better, build self-esteem and work with a constructive mindset.

OUR FIELD OF EXPERTISE

  • 1. MH STANDARDS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTS

Enterprises, small or large corporations, we have a conceptual framework capable of adapting to build team spirit, a healthier and more productive work environment and most of all, a sustainable approach to success.

  • 2. MH STANDARDS FOR LEGAL / JUSTICE ENVIRONMENTS

Tribunals, justice departments, prisons, police stations are considered very challenging environments dealing with psychologically vulnerable clientele.  Our JUSTICE Chart decrease stress factors

  • 3. MH STANDARDS IN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS

Learning and teaching are two wonderful living experiences but we often underestimate the stress factors getting in the way of the development of human potential. Sometimes small changes can make such difference.

  • 4. MH STANDARDS IN SPORTS

Performance in sport is key but to ensure healthy choices in how we push our limits to develop strength and better results should never be at the price of our mental health balance. We forget too often that everything start in our mind.

  • 5. MH STANDARDS IN HUMANITARIAN ENVIRONMENTS

The humanitarian environment is highly vulnerable to mental health problems because humanitarians are faced with war and conflict traumas and volatile security contexts on a daily basis.  These standards support organizations willing to beat the odds.

  • 6. MH STANDARDS IN HEALTH & MH ENVIRONMENTS

Hospitals, clinics and health and Mental Health professionals are the first in-line to provide response to health needs and psychologically vulnerable population but often the last in-line to receive attention for their own needs.  We can support.
