THE MENTAL HEALTH STANDARDS designed for any environment, anywhere in the world.
The members of the International Mental Health Standards Board, all agreed that mental health should deserve quite more than just a single definition. Mental health problems are unfortunately taking the wrong increasing curve, and this all around the world so they thought it was time to act and gather experience, knowledge and expertise in the need to deepen the approach and move forward with the implementation of standards intended to define clear parameters.
We have made available our Mental Health Standards Convention, but that’s not all. We worked on developing well-adapted standards for more specific environments and taking in consideration inhibited stress factors affecting health and quality of life. We have elaborated far more than just psycho social or well-being frameworks. Our standards not only favour well-being but they have real measured positive impacts and which contribute to interrelate more positively, perform better, build self-esteem and work with a constructive mindset.
